Shipping & Delivery

Tula Hair ships via UPS, United States Postal Service and Federal Express.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided at the time your order is placed. Use this number when calling checking the status of your order.

Delivery Times

Regular Orders

3–9 days within the United States.
8-14 days outside the United States.

Express Orders

1–2 days within the United States with overnight shipping.
6–8 days outside the United States.

Customized Order

6-8 weeks

Sales Tax

Tax is collected on all sales conducted in the state of New York at the current sales tax rate of 8.75%.

Tax is not collected on sales conducted outside the state of New York.

Orders are accepted online and via phone.

All Tula Products can be purchased online through Tula Hair's secure shopping cart service.

Phone Orders

Orders can be placed via phone at Tula Hair or Kikku Hair. For orders in the New York City area, you can call in and pick up your orders as well.
